What is the Refund Process and how long does it take to receive a refund?
Unfortunately, III.VI. does not offer refunds of services or items. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within a 24 hour period result in a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours of booking will result in credits being offered in the amount of the payment issued. We run an Exchange Only policy. To be eligible for an exchange of any item, you must contact us within 7 days (for US customers) or 14 days (for international customers) from the original shipping date.
How long will it take for my items to ship?
We ask that you please allow 48 hours for tracking to be issued to the email listed at the time of purchase. Processing time is 1-2 business days for orders. All orders placed Fridays after 2 pm or during the weekend or Holiday will be processed the next business day.
What are the hours of operation of III.VI. Artistry?
Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 7am-10pm (EST), Sat & Sun 7am – 9pm. However, if you have an immediate need, please email us at [email protected] and you will receive a response within 48 hours.
Damaged or Faulty Items?
In the unlikely event that your item was received damaged or faulty, please email us at [email protected], specifying the following:
1. The original email and name used when purchasing the item as well as your order number.
2. The name of the item as it was promoted on the website.
3. A detailed description of the “fault” or “damage” to the item.
4. The item(s) you would like to exchange (please note you can only exchange for items of the same value).
You must contact us within 7 days (for US customers) or 14 days (for International customers) from the original shipping date in order to be eligible for an exchange. A return address will be provided. Please note that III.VI. Artistry does not cover the shipping costs for returns. Returned items will be at the customer’s expense.
Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option that guarantees a safe and verifiable return to III.VI. Artistry. III.VI. Artistry does not offer any warranty for returned items that are not successfully delivered. Only items that have been unworn, unmarked and with original tags and packaging will be accepted for exchange. Returned items will be reviewed based on adherence to this policy. Items will be reviewed and evaluated for the reported damage or fault. III.VI. Artistry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not adhere to the stated requirements. Once evaluated, items determined to be damaged or faulty will be exchanged and shipped to you at the expense of III.VI. Artistry.
If your original choice or selection of merchandise is not in stock, we will issue you a Store Credit to be used within 90 days of your original purchase.
